Joan Newland, C.A.
Joan Newland has been working with us the longest. She spends most of her time managing insurance, claims precertification, insurance payment, electronic billing, and insurance verification. She does other jobs as well. Joan is always calm, & very nice.
Pat McKenna, C.A.
Pat McKenna primarily handles the front desk, reception work and physical therapy. She makes sure things get done and she keeps us organized. She is very efficient and an excellent worker. Pat is bubbly, & friendly.
Kathleen McCarthy [Kat]
Kathleen is working full time and primarily handles the front desk, reception work and physical therapy. She does her work very well.
Gizzy Newland
Gizzy Newland, is a Pekinese, who came to us as a little sick boy with kidney failure. His vet felt he could not be helped and should be put to sleep. After Chiropractic adjustments and Jin Shin Jyutsu, Gizzy recovered and became part of our family. He specializes in greeting people, although as he gets older, he is sleeping on the job a lot more.
