Spring is coming. It is time to get out in the yard and clean up the debris from the winter. It is time to plant new plants and bulbs. It is time to prepare the lawn for the spring. It is time to get out and start exercising and enjoying the nice weather that is fast approaching. And it is time to do that spring cleaning.

Well when you start doing these things many people get injured so take it slow. When raking rake on one side and then switch sides. The same rule applies with digging or other activities. The same rule applies in the house with vacuuming, washing windows etc.

Some people sit around all winter and then go out and bicycle for hours. They go from doing nothing to over doing it. If you know you are going to start walking or running before you go all out start with a little at a time to build up your muscles so you do not injure yourself.

Just use common sense and if you over do you know where we are to get you back in shape fast.
